Products or Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online with limited quantities, subject to return or exchange only per our Return Policy. We make every effort to display product images accurately but cannot guarantee color accuracy on all devices. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address. You agree to provide current and accurate account and purchase information, and to update your information as needed.
Return Policy — 30 Days
- 30-day money back, beginning the day the order is received by the customer.
- Returns must be well packaged and in original condition.
- 15% restocking fee on all returned products — unless deemed defective by OBDGenie.com.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer — unless deemed defective by OBDGenie.com.
- We will not refund any incurred installation charges under any circumstances.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for refunds to be processed after receipt and full inspection. This policy is null & void if products have been tampered with.
- Our extended 1-year warranty covers electrical and mechanical breakdown. It does not cover wear and tear, normal maintenance, accidental damage, or consequential loss.
- If the customer has enabled or received the software and downloaded it to their vehicle, the Return Policy is null and void. We will continue to offer support, but once software has been received and enabled, returns are no longer valid.
Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available," without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.

Certain content, products, and services may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy of these and assume no liability.
