We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. Restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address.

SECTION 7 - RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

• 30-day money back, beginning day order received by the customer.
• Returns must be well packaged, in original condition.
• 15% restocking fee on any returned products. *Unless deemed defective by obdgenie.com.
• Return shipping is to be paid by the customer on all returns. *Unless deemed defective by obdgenie.com.
• We will not refund any incurred installation charges under any circumstances.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for any refund to be processed after received by our returns department for full inspection. *This return policy is null & void if product(s) have been tampered with. 
• Our extended 1-year warranty covers electrical and mechanical breakdown. It does not cover failures from wear and tear, normal maintenance, accidental damage, or any consequential loss.
• If the customer had enabled/received the software and downloaded it to their vehicle, then the 'Return Policy' is Null and Void.  We will continue to offer support to the customer, but once the customer has received, and enabled software, the return policy is no longer valid.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy of these and assume no liability. 

 SECTION 10 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
